MAS Information Technology is open to federal, state, local, and tribal agencies. Some organizations may be eligible to use Cooperative Purchasing and Disaster Purchasing Programs.

MAS is a fixed price with an economic price adjustment Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. The ordering period is continuous, and the contract periods begin on the Date of Award and expire in five years (exclusive of any options). Task order types include firm-fixed price, time and material, or labor hour.
