Shelly joined ATL in 2017. As Vice President, she continues to develop customer support solutions, drive growth, and advance stakeholder objectives. Prior to ATL, she served in various leadership roles for 8(a), WOSB, and SDVOSB companies in the technology and logistics sectors. While Shelly has over 15 years of experience in industry, she started her career in the US Army as a Signal Soldier and is a combat Veteran. Her education includes Government and Commercial Contract Management and Project Management from Villanova University. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and earned certification through the Association of Proposal Management Professionals. Shelly believes “take care of people, and people will take care of the mission”. When she’s not collaborating with the ATL family, she can be found enjoying quality time with her children.
