About Marla

Marla joined our ATL Team in February of 2021 bringing with her years of experience in ideologies in Human Resources and Finance.  Her emphasis on building and enhancing our HR systems to streamline and automate processes – while always prioritizing the accuracy of data, better enable the business through the use of metrics, and leads the way for improving our operational people processes. This focus in streamlining processes, employee management and HRIT solutions ensures Advanced Technology operates at it’s highest potential.  Her expertise paves the way for our operations team while we rapidly grow as an organization.  An Active member and Board Member with CSRA SHRM, Marla’s enthusiasm for stewardship and professional development never stops.

Marla is a proud Navy Veteran.  Upon successful completion of her enlisted duties, she continued her education obtaining her degrees in Business and HR Management while fulfilling the roles of a military spouse, working mother and various volunteer opportunities.  She truly believes in the military community and partnering to create a positive impact on career continuation for veterans and their spouses.
